    MSU softball

    Don't look not but the softball team is really on a roll. Took game 1 of their series against #22 UGA yesterday.

    Lot of projections have us right on the bubble. RPI is at 33 currently. Find a way to take this series and they may find their way into the NCAA Tournament. After an abysmal start to conference play, credit to the team for not quitting and fighting back into position to make the tournament.

    If they win this series, they're in with LSU taking a couple from AU. They'd finish top 10 in conference and that's a virtual guarantee IMO. I can't remember a top 10 team not making it in a long time.

    When was the last time all 13 teams didn’t make the tournament? 2016?

    They swept #15 UT in two games last week too. They have lost a lot a close games this year and some tough breaks. They are not as bad as their record.

    Conference is down this year. Talk of only 11 getting in. AU and SC are the odd ones out if we win. We'll see though.

    6 SEC game wins in a row for the ladies. Should solidify a spot now for the NCAA but would love them to keep this going and staying hot.
