    Regional capacity

The first reports insinuated that NCAA was going to suggest 50% capacity. Later reports state mandated limits. NCAA could make it easy and just do what the NFL did. Stadiums follow the state guidelines. But they won?t because that would make too much sense

They should follow state guidelines, but as you said it makes to much sense and the NCAA doesn't do thing that make sense.

Maybe tell the ncaa to go and 17 off. If the state that has the regional has no capacity limits and the schools playing in said regional and their respective states have no issue with it, then the ncaa and all their Karens can go suck an egg. They are creating a problem where there isn't one. If they dont care about capacity limits during the regular season, why stir up shit for the tourney? It's no different.

50% capacity is fine since we can squeeze 30k into Dudy Noble
