    Anastasia Hayes....of the A-Team

Anastasia Hayes of Miss. State womens basketball's recently added Hayes sisters (A-Team)

Anastasia Hayes (as of Feb 1, 2021) led the NCAA D1 Women's Basketball in scoring at 28.6 points per game, and finished second at 26.5 points per game. Also, 5.1 assists per game.

    - 2020-21 C-USA Player Of The Year
    - 2020-21 1st Team All-Conference USA
    - 2020-21 C-USA Tournament MVP
    - Led her team to the 2020-21 C-USA East Division Championship
    - Led her team to the C-USA Tournament Championship (over West Division Champs)
    - Led her team to the 2020-21 Women's NCAA Tournament
    - Much, much more not listed here

She's ultra fast and quick (appears Jordan Danberry range), very crafty with the ball. Has a collection of various moves, counter moves, tripple counters....extremely hard to stay in front of her or stop from finishing without fouling. Very good defensive player (including..gets lots of steals) and playmaking ability as well. Also, she was a 2017 McDonald's All-American, and the #7 overall player (class 2017) according to ESPN.

Let's hope our Coach can control the locker room and coach them up! No excuses.

    A couple of interesting notes

    - Ball brothers' (Lonzo, LiAngelo, LaMelo) Chino Hills HS (CA) team went 35-0, and won the MaxPreps Boy's Basketball National Championship in 2016. Oldest sibling...Lonzo Ball was named 2016 McDonald's All-American.

    - Hayes sisters' (Anastasia, Aislynn, Alasia) Riverdale HS (TN) went 34-0, and won the MaxPreps Girl's Basketball National Championship in 2017. Oldest sibling...Anastasia Hayes was named 2017 McDonald's All-American

    Coincidences?

Should we believe everything that we hear? Best to give the Hayes family a chance, see first hand regarding them. Everything that I have seen and heard from these young ladies has been very positive, encouraging. Haven't met, don't know the parents...but appears they raised, and have displayed care for these young ladies much, much more so than a lot of others.
