Arky came into our house and smacked us around like a Juco team. This team has a lot of growing up to do. This was an opportunity to make a statement, but we choked. Save Sims and give it your best shot tomorrow to avoid being swept.

Yea I think it was 2014 when vandy came to Starkville and we smashed them and they looked awful. Vandy ended up winning it all that year. Maybe we can make a similar turnaround

we have also played some dog shit weekend competition since the opening weekend. You don't learn about yourself playing teams like Eastern Michigan.

We can still make it to Omaha. But making it there is no longer good enough.
We can't win it with the way we're set up now. We've got to get guys to campus that are difference makers with the stick. And as annoying as that 17 stick Yancy is, we do have a team full of small guys who slap the ball. We need to get pure hitters to campus and pair them with our pitchers in order to win it.
