    When you look at the resume's of both at the time of their hire, this statement is proven false.

    Rick Ray was the bench coach at Clemson, career asst. NMP had head coaching experience.

    Yeah I don?t think this is a huge loss. What?s weird is at times she play HARD but you could tell she might be a handful to deal with in the locker room as well.

    She was never going to be a star because she simply can?t shoot but I thought she could be the type that was the gritty fighter type.

    As with the rest be interested to see where they end up

    When you look at what Rick Ray inherited he didn't do that bad. He only had a few players. They played hard just not enough and little talent. What NMP inherited and result Rick Ray looks like Dean Smith.
