I'm starting to wonder (conspiracy theory warning) if this is going to serve as an experiment to see if MSU can sell tickets and meet demand without having to sell berm tickets. Intentional or not.
I'm excited no matter what they mean decide. More people allowed in means more tickets on the open market- which makes it easier to see a game regardless of the capacity restrictions.
