    Mississippi High School Baseball Top 25

    Prep Baseball Report put out their top 25 high school rankings today.

    Who are we targeting in Mississippi for the next recruiting class? I believe Hines at Madison Central is committed to us.

    Kind of thought we recruited individual players ... instead of schools. Or, is that just me?

    For you baseball experts....

    Is that an unusual number of MAIS schools in the top 10?

    To answer the question regarding MAIS schools in the top ten, yes that is pretty high. However it is not completely unusual as baseball is very competitive in MAIS. Notice that a lot of them are in the Jackson Metro area where talent seems to draw other talented players that want to play with them. Prep, Hartfield, and MRA all have multiple senior (many P5) college signees or commits on them.
