When we finally hire a new men?s basketball coach

I have only one first round question:

What are the 2-3 most important qualities you look for when recruiting players?

Anybody that has (a) ability to shoot the ball/score efficiently (b) natural feel for the game/basketball iq On their list get to move to next round.

Everyone else goes into the trash heap. I?m about tired of watching a bunch of athletes trying to play slow paced basketball when most of them are well below average in all fundamentals required to run a half court offense
