    I have great memories of the Davis brothers. Harper's son Pat was a classmate of mine at Callaway HS in Jackson. One day I met Mr Art when he visited (he was recruiting "off-record), and gave me a fantastic sales pitch about MSU. Although I had already chose to follow my brother to MSU, his words helped seal the deal. While at State I got to know him and he definitely was a super guy and super Bulldog. Sorry to see that both brothers passed at near the same time -- maybe God wants a new football coach and chief recruiter
