Because it's basically a neutral site game for us and one of our top two OOC rivalries along with USM.

Rivalry is probably not the right choice of word - but, I don't know a word that describes "a team close by you have historically played a lot and can typically beat, and has a small enough fan base that you can take over their stadium because they are within your main fan footprint."
