If it was going to happen, it would be at Texas. I don't think many of you quite understand just how much money Texas, and A&M, actually have. They both are capable of out bidding Alabama, and any other school, if they so chose. They only ones that could do more are in the Ivy League, and they don't do sports anymore.

You don’t get it. It’s not necessarily about money. You aren’t going to find any power 5 head coach that are willingly going to give up being over a program to take orders from another coach.
Just isn’t going to happen.
Also, I’m willing to wager something that Texas is not going to pay an OC over 4 million a year.
