If you like the culture where you're at and get fulfillment out of what you're doing, why leave and take the pressure of an HC job?
And not only that, but Herman just took Texas to a 7-3 record, a blowout bowl game, and will finish in the Top 20 in the year of Covid. If I'm Sark and I'm trying to revive my career after what he went through, why in the hell would I want THAT kind of pressure on me. No way in hell.
