Bunch of backups against LSU too, huh? This is just typical Mullen and why he'll never be an elite coach and will never win a Natty.

Yeah he really is odd. A good coach who always seems to screw up when it counts the most.

This was Derek Cody today. Pretty much sums Danny boy up.

In case you aren't watching - Mullen is showing his cards and the defense is reading him before the play. And don't say it's because they're backups. We had backups against georgia, ole miss, and missouri and I didn't hear any excuses there. Mullen is getting out-coached and his "adapting" the offense to the players only got him 13 on a Big 12 defense.

Lol, you definitely are in the minority there.
"We will have no problem in handling Kentucky."-Turfdawg67. MSU suffered a 27-17 defeat in 2022 with 225 yards in total offense.

Big game Dan strikes again. Embarrassing

Tell you guys something -
this Richardson kid that Mullen has at QB (true Frosh) looks a whooooollllleeeee lot like a young Cam Newton

So all of you are saying that if Leach had Dak that we would not have had a better offense and at least won 2 maybe 3 more games? Before you answer, remember, Leach will always have a good passing QB. The purpose is the addition of a QB with legs and is a good passer.

The first time I saw him play earlier this year, I said the exact same thing.

If he's sitting in the pocket dropping dimes and scoring touchdowns, I'm pretty damn excited!

Now 13-38 in his career against ranked teams. Only team UF beat with a winning record this year was UGA. This UF team was talented, but all UF fans will see this off season is 8-4 and missed opportunities and Dan's antics and the team shitting the bed the last 3 games. Dan's clock is now ticking like the crocodile in Peter Pan. Those crazy gator fans are swimming up out of the swamp and are hungry. Tick tock. Tick tock.

Where are the Mullen recruits ??.
He doesn’t have any underclassmen WR or skill players to plug in that are big time guys ?
These are HIS players and his team going forward now
Never his fault. Always excuses or blaming someone else..
Good luck Gator Nation..

"After dealing with Ole Miss for over a year," he said, "I've learned to expect their leadership to do and say things that the leadership at other Division I schools would never consider doing and to justify their actions by reminding themselves that "We're Ole Miss.""

Clemson barely calls anything that puts Lawrence at risk of getting tackled.
I see College and NFL meeting in the middle on this; NFL QBs are running a bit, college QBs scramble and slide more than they used too. These days QB legs are more for an extra 30 ypg picked up on broken plays than they are to open up the playbook or change defensive schemes.
In the same way NFL teams are scared to risk their long term QB investment, college coaches think long term about their QBs since most take over as starters with 2-3 years to play
Ever watched an urban meyer team?

I'll say it again, Mullen is a good coach. He's a long way from being a great coach.

I think he's pretty good. I think he has a ceiling bc he isn't a great recruiter. If the field is leveled like everyone seems to want, Mullen might become elite bc he can really coach and he's a good evaluator

They are going to win a lot of games with him as the starter.
