Monroe a dump?.......Pleeeease. You don't KNOW what a dump is until you've had the pleasure of spending 20 months in the quaint little town of Pine Bluff, AR. Back in '93, Monroe was DFW compared to Pine Bluff. For a 24 year old, single guy, straight out of college, living in Pine Bluff was the equivalent of living in Mogadishu....violent, desolate with ZERO to do on weekends and having a girlfriend 7 hrs away in Austin S-U-C-K-E-D ASSSSSSSSSS.
