Joe Judge is doing a great job!

Joe Judge is more than likely going to win the nfc east with a team that has suffered injuries this year and from bad management in years past. He's doing a bang up job. Kudos to him!

They are well coached and are improving each week. He’s getting the players to buy in. They are low on talent, but they are executing.

Exactly! That's what's so impressive. Their roster is short on talent but they execute well and don't make mistakes, very disciplined and play hard. He's got a bright future

We have to give Cohen some degree of credit for identifying him as our coach. He would definitely be on our sidelines had the Giants not come in.

That's us! Make a great hire on paper, only for it to wind up being a terrible one. Find a great HC with ties to our program who's currently an NFL ST coordinator, ie someone we should get, aaaaaand he gets an NFL HC job, which NEVER happens to someone in his position. We can't catch a break

Yep, he would've been our HC right now.

Not all NFL coaches make good College coaches and not all college coaches make good NFL coaches. Saban is a good example.

No doubt about it but there's success stories as well. Johnson and Switzer won ncs and Super Bowls, just to name a couple. It's a crap shoot but you do your diligence and hire the best candidate.
