Leach has this team on the right track....
It will become clearer and clearer the more time and reps we get to install the offense the better it will operate...Once Leach and his staff remove the aspects of the old culture under Joe Moe and install his own brand, you will see massive strides both on and off the field. What a fantastic display of fight and "want too" demonstrated last night with the "key guys" out of the line-up. It does not matter if it's a business or a football team, having a team of people all pulling the same direction is so much more productive than having a few...I think a few egos got checked last night and like it! Sadly, I think many of the quitters will look back a few years down the road and wish they would have stayed and played with their teammates. Let's move forward and pick up a couple of wins and build some momentum for next year....

I don't care how much of a clich? or platitude it is, 'quitters never win.' Wherever you are, be there. And my fave, 'buy the ticket, take the ride.'

This is so true. I had a very successful business man tell me one time, "it's not the ones that quit and leave you have to worry about it's the ones who quit and stay that you have to worry about, get rid of those quick or they'll destroy your business".
