This Week in GA QB Commits

Nick Fitzgerald and the Richmond Hill Wildcats (8-1, 5-1) host the Windsor Forest Knights (0-8, 0-6) from Savannah to wrap up the regular season. With the 2nd region seed in the playoffs already clinched, and facing the absolute worst team in the region, I would look for this game to be over early. Windsor Forest has been shut out 3 times, and has only scored more than 6 in two contests. They also give up an AVERAGE of 48 points a game. They lost to a Groves team that only has 30 players on the roster.

Nick may be able to enjoy Senior Night from the sidelines after half time and look toward the first round playoff match up next week. I am pretty sure that even at our age me, SheltonChoked, and the intramural team we had at State could come close to winning this game.

Wheeler (2-8, 0-6) face the Cherokee Warriors (5-4, 3-3). Their season is over, and their coach gets to wonder "what if...."

Wow they have fallen to 2-8 without Elijah. Bet that coach would like to change that decision now.

Come close? Come on Brunswick, you know we could win. Well maybe, only if we let cooter drink before the game.

I'm still thinking Nick Fitzgerald is going to be the gem of this class that none of us even know about.

Reminds me off, hmmm, cough cough this guy coming out of high school. Physical attributes, offer list, everything. Staley too for that matter, even more so, except he's got a few more offers.

Nick passes the eye test from what I saw. The big thing about both Nick and Elijah is that they are top shelf athletes who play skill positions - and that has been rare for us.

Shelton - you know it man!

    Richmond Hill won 41-0.
Nick had a 15 yard TD pass.
