The moment got too big for the Braves late. The last 3 innings they put together some really poor at bats. Once it went 7 the pressure shifted to the team that had been up 3-1 in the series and it showed. The dodgers experience won out.

If there is any solace I’ll say what I said back after the wild card round...this just didn’t feel like the postseason. Not playing in home parks and having days off just made it a weird set up. Whoever wins it all will have themselves a championship but IMO it won’t be equal to a normal year.

Agreed. Also pitchers nibbled to much instead of attacking. Dodgers don't chase and we wasted a lot of pitches and walked to many. Braves hitters could learn a thing or two from Dodgers hitters about being more patient. We bail pitchers out to many tines with lack of patience

Well one big difference in having been there lately and not being there in 20 years was the pitcher selection last night/ When they put Uraris in they were putting their best in and were playing to win. We didn't. Snit should have put Wilson in.

I’m not saying I loved his choices out of the pen. But I also understand his mentality of dancing with who brung you. I’m sure he felt if he got beat it was gonna be with the strength of his team...I don’t fault him there.

The homer to Bellinger was a mistake made by a great reliever that Bellinger didn’t miss. My only complaint was with pitch selection. I knew two or 3 pitches ahead what was coming based on how they’d pitched guys previously, and the dodgers knew too. When you pitch like that you better not miss a spot.

After sleeping on it, I'm good. Great season considering pretty much no soroka or hamels, albies missed a lot time, and Acuna missed a lot of time.

Going into the offseason, we need to make sure we keep a big bat behind FF... hopefully ozuna. I really wanna keep one of melancon or greene. Having that great pen was a huge part of the success. I would like a veteran starter too.

If we can't re-sign Ozuna, I want to go get another 3B. Riley isn't the answer imo.

I'm a little more patient with young players these days. Swanson was pretty bad years 1 and 2 before coming around year 3. I'm hopeful Riley will do the same. Riley improved k rate dramatically this season, and he improved walk rate some... I'll take that as a step in the right direction, and he looks like he could be a pretty solid defender at 3b.

What we could really use is shewmake becoming a utility on the IF at 2b, ss, and 3b. That way, we could use his lh bat since albies (switch, but much better rhh), Swanson, and Riley are all RH
