    I?ll say this about our staff

    All of these guys are extremely well spoken and very intelligent. It?s also clear they are all on the same page because you hear ideas and phrases over and over from all of them.

    No idea how great they are on the field or at recruiting but I enjoy the daily interviews with this staff much more than some previous ones.
