It is great to see someone working on HUDL skills. I have a free application, on my computer, called "Video Download Helper" and it can marry up well with HUDL. I download many mp4 files thru VDH and archive them. You can download complete football games thru YouTube as well as HUDL files. Between a capture card on my desktop and Video Download Helper, I have about 500 complete football games High School, College, and NFL. Get some editing software and you can be a pro. With the files that I have generated, I can coach many thru my iPhone thru Whats app video text. I bet you can also

At first glance, thought it read: Watching HUD film for dummies...which would have been about right based on latest news.

Thankful for the part about high school competition. I see so many of our fans on the Internet- one on Genespage in particular- who always talks about how some recruits play "against weak competition" and "how good are the teams he played". If you have a skill set and can play you can play. Period.

Yeah. It's awful.
Anyone that starts talking about HS stats in relation to college evals just has no idea what their talking about. Stop reading that person's opinion immediately

Football stats are already a little wonky because it's so dependent on the scheme that team plays. And you're right a lot of people don't get it.

You are on point and it can easily be seen if a football person uses assets available to them. The DirecTV sports package has featured high school football. I have watched Miami ball, Atlanta ball, Texas ball, Los Angeles ball ETC, because I have had the package. I have watched high school ball on YouTube also. HUDL gives a recruiter a chance to do comparison. When you check out these assets, you can see for yourself without a scouting service narrative. As being on a JUCO staff, I have also had my evaluation responsibilities also.
