VERY EARLY 2022 MSU Recruiting Thread

    Let's get a jump.

I found a big ugly for the OL. Here's a link to his twitter profile and some video. CHECK OUT THE VIDEOS ON HIS TWITTER !

    IMPRESSIVE.

    Hunter Erb - LT. 6'6" 300lbs
    VR EATON HS (Texas)

Kid literally just finished his sophomore year.....his SOPHOMORE YEAR. He's got work to do on technique, but he is going to blow up if he gets to play this fall (The 'Rona)

Trying. Kosciusko has a big kid that might pan out on DL. He's either '22 or '23. Kid showed some glimpses of potential in some film last year. But he's very raw and way too soon to know if he'll get better. He's definitely got some good coaches with Coach Orr and new staff

Would love to get Jaheim Oatis.
6'4 350 DT out of Columbia MS.

That kid would definitely be our NG for the class if we could turn him away from LSU - but that's about impossible. Same issue with Khmauri Rogers at Holmes Co. HS. Doubtful we get any notice from either of them

He was just a sophomore but three of the teams I scouted last year had film against Columbus and he is another level of lazy. He reminded me of junior game film I watched on the kid from George County that went to aTm, but he apparently turned it on his senior year

Got to keep Larry Simmons from Moss Point in-state. Already has 5-6 P5 offers including us, Bama, Auburn, OM, etc. He’s a mid 4-star talent at WR.

Got to get JD Stewart at LB from Greenwood. Absolute monster. Put up some video game numbers.

Already got him committed for baseball but Dakota Jordan is a hoss at RB/slot WR too. Pretty dang fast and quick as lightning. He’d excel big time in this style offense.

I’m curious to see who we go after for QB. You’d think this staff would be hard after Ty Simpson from TN. Not sure on any others. Will probably be some TX QB’s we get in the game with. Any in-state QB’s in MS in ‘22 that can run the air raid?
