    Rename the Washington Redskins to________?

    Go.

Would you keep it Native American related and go with something like Tribe?

Something related to something the team uses - for instance "Pigskins" for football and the fact that they used to call their O-line the Hogs? You could call it the "Pork" and it would be fitting for the town.

Do you go Patriotic historical and call it the "Calvary" so some like minded military term.

Or do you go in a total different direction?

Why do you assume "washington" will last? Isn't George on the chopping block?

Honestly, they'll probably just take the "red" off, change the logo, and be known as the "Skins"

Then they'll come after the Braves and Indians next

Supposedly Snyder has had Washington Warriors trademarked for awhile. I'd change it to Americans.

It is a historical venue for tackle football in the American age when tough guys existed. It reached it's peak during the 1980's when a scrawny, tough former ND QB named Joe Montana ruled the league while throwing to history's greatest WR and greatest offensive threat from Mississippi named Jerry Rice, and being chased by history's greatest LB, a lightning fast, phenomenally strong OLB from NC name Lawrence Taylor. Montana/Rice were complimented on the D side of the ball by history's greatest DB in Ronnie Lott. Taylor and Lott quite often ended other players' careers early due to the violence they produced with their devastating hits (Theisman/Icky Woods).

Upon retirement of those 4 players, the NFL deteriorated into a bunch of primadonnas only consumed with how much they made, political correctness, and eventually became extinct during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

And don't forget a leader who never quit and you could always count on. His name was Staubach, Captain America.

Remove Washington too. They aren't in Washington any more. (Can you blame them?)
