Thank goodness there isn't a Mississippi Rednecks or Alabama Crackers team, surely it would be next...
The Montgomery Biscuits is the closest thing to Crackers in Alabama. Not sure if that's an offensive name or not - probably is, since everything else seems to be nowadays.

There was an Atlanta Crackers minor league baseball team for many, many years. There was also an Atlanta Black Crackers in the Negro Baseball League. Presumably the name had nothing to do with the supposed derogatory nickname for Caucasians.

I heard some newscaster the other night suggest that he run for president. But he can't since he's not native born. Plus, even though he's a genius, he's a bit eccentric for me. Kind of a borderline nut, really.

Oh absolutely. I just like to poke fun at the black folks that call themselves African Americans because of their skin color. It’s hilarious. Elon is from Africa and lives in America now. He’s an African American.

Yes, they (FedEx) do if that support continues. I've thought for a long time that Redskins was a derogatory term for American Indians to the point that the team name should be changed. It has been widely used in old western movies and television shows as being derogatory, right up there with the notion that Indians can't hold their liquor (why would they be any different than any other race?). Rebels isn't as bad, in my opinion, but it has negative connotations; in the end, I don't really care what UMiss calls themselves.

Nike got on my bad list when they started supporting Kaepernick's kneeling for the Anthem.

They picked the side of a guy that disrespects police(look at his twitter), disrespected the flag, and hates America (look at his twitter) to ur as their poster boy. That is fine. Just means they don?t want business from folks like me. I avoid Nike.

I love Kaep. If only people could have understood what his gesture was for. Maybe we would be 4 years further down the road on the issue of use of force.

I will admit though, when I first saw him take a knee during the anthen, I was like 17 that guy. But once I heard what he was trying to bring awareness to, well I changed my tune. Its not like he turned his back on the flag. It is not like he disrespected the ceremony. If we all want to talk about what was the symbolism in his actions, then kneeling is a really large display of a humble gesture throughout history of the human race.

He?s a divisive, racist, POS. We are Americans. Not black. White. African Americans. Irish Americans. Native Americans.
    We are AMERICANS!!!
Cops aren?t out to get black people. My son is white, blond hair and blue eyes. I told him just like my father told me. Be respectful if you ever get pulled over. Keep both hands on the steering wheel or wherever the cop tells you to. Say yes sir and comply. You?ll get home and we can take it up in the courts. Never had a problem in my family.

Funny how just right at this moment watching something on Nike and their use of sweatshops to produce their gear. And all the high paid athletes don't seem to have a problem promoting their gear. And getting paid astronomically to do it. Odd how that works.

Kaep put himself on the line for something. Didn't back down when everyone went crazy. Seems to me, his kneeling was a Rosa Parks moment and the attacks towards him reminds me of the stuff some folks were saying about her civil disobedience. Given the dumb crap people were saying at the time, the Castro comments seem to be made in jest. I wasn't there in his inner circle, so who really knows the reason he wore it.

I would also add, the Kaep situation is not binary. It is not, well I support him so therefore I support every single thing he has done in his life. We are talking about two incidents. One can admire his kneeling without supporting his castro thing.

Ask a Cuban friend you say?

Something Americans don't know about Castro is that he was a huge Narco trafficer, Terrorist, and Widely-Known Pedophile. He still got visits from the Hollywood sympathizers and gushing interviews with American Media, but he Bank Rolled the FARC in Columbia and other Narco-terrorists in Latin America. He was Epstein - Weinstein to the x1000 power. He kept sex slaves in the mansions the revolution confiscated from "capitalists".

He actually ran a terrorist network in Latin America. The FARC in Columbia but many other "National Liberation Fronts" in other countries. Before Chavez and before the Soviet Empire collapsed, they bank rolled the bloody insurgencies in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. There were genocide levels of death in Guatemala and El Salvador.

To Americans, Castro is presented as a cute, silly, romantic Latin idealist. He only wanted a better and more just world. Welp, Cuba was one of the richest nations in Latin America and had huge Net Immigration before Castro. Today, it's a collapsed economy and people would stream out if they could.

Another thing that Americans are never made aware of is that the global media created the Castro image to replace a guy named "El Campesino", Valentin Gonzalez. A singing, folksy, guitar playing Marxist guerrilla fighter in Spain. They loved The Campesino until he escaped from the USSR and wanted to return to "Fascist" Spain. He spilling the beans on the atrocities, murders, rapes, and general mayhem of his time as an "Anti Fascist". The French socialist media had to delete his fame. Then came the new clowns, Castro and Guevara.

Sadly, you gotta know some Spanish to learn about this stuff. But that's why so many Latins say "yo no le creo al Miami Herald". They needed to make a new Spanish Language Miami Herald. Americans are generally told that Latins support or feel warmth to Castro.

You are off on his statements with the Castro and Malcolm X TShirt. And a large part of his exchange was with a Cuban reporter. There was nothing in jest about that.

I wonder how well read Kap is on Malcom X...

X loathed "white liberals", who are the very people that give Kap his platform....

Kaepernick hates this country, there's no other way to put it. After he called the country's Independence day a racist event in so many words, he can go jump in the fire. He's a whiny bitch, a nobody and a privileged punk.
