    No. It's the Legislature's job to choose the state flag. They must be made to do their job. You don't get to directly vote on other legislature business so you don't get to vote on this.

    He's very wrong on this issue. At the very least there should be a move to return to the old flag pre-Civil War. The 1894 flag is a white power high five and middle finger to the Yankees. It's got to go.

    I hope if they vote to change it they let us vote for the new one and make it constitutionally the flag. Also I think they should give the current flag it's own license plate to be bought by those who don't want to change the flag.
