Ole Miss Adding More Cancers to the Locker Room?

It's my hope that on 4th & 1 with the Egg Bowl on the line, those two are on the field.

    I don't think they'd have any chance.

I think Lovett has a chance to be a good player. Much bigger loss than jones.

And our folks please stay off Twitter when he announces this and when he is ruled immediately eligible. It makes our fan base look stupid.

Regardless of talent, both will need to get their heads screwed on right to amount to anything

Rumor is the Lovett was the player that requested a meeting with the coaches about the strength & conditioning only to be told "There's no need for a meeting, you're either all in or all out"

Ole Miss will get to laugh now, but once Leach gets things going, there won't be much to laugh about

well replace defense with softness and it’s the exact same thing..

Don't know all the truth here but if rumors are true, be a good fit at Olemiss. He has talent just like a lot of other Olemiss signees, will it translate into anything?

Agree with others, let him have his day and just go to work making sure he feels the decision come 2020 egg bowl. Same with JJ.

Lovett was actually in black so he wasn't slacking in workouts

Did you see him in black at every workout?.....Otherwise, there could have been occasions when not in black.....just using some logic here.

just both videos they showed as I recall and the 24/7 guys said he was routinely in black as well. That was one reason I was a little surprised he was the first one out because he had apparently been working hard

Lovett's daddy has his hand in all of this. Ya'll remember he refused to sign the LOI on signing day, he wanted his son to go somewhere else, supposedly FSU. My guess he was looking for a payday. Now he got in his son's ear enough, probably made easier by the tougher workouts that came with the new staff. Dad probably wanted to go back to FSU, to look for the Golden Goose again, but whoops different coach, new deal. So he goes back to the old faithful payday.

There was talk he wanted out of Starkville more than anything.

Something about an apartment situation (21?) where the landlord was perceived to be racist.

I don't know if the land lord is an actual racist or not, but I do know that people looking for something racist can usually find it.

I'll say this: the players on twitter didn't seem too upset when Lovett transferred.

With JJ, they appeared a little more upset

And with Reese, I don't really remember anything

My only question is, when will we take an Ole Miss player? I mean, at an actual racist school, all their players can't be super happy

Probably because Jones lied to them.

Lovett departure hurts. That's a position of great need.

I doubt many of us fans or Leach would want anybody currently on the OM roster.

I just want us to focus on getting H.S. recruits like MJ Daniels to flip to MSU.

I would love to get Mingo or that other receiver who committed to us for a short time. Would take Ealy or Plumlee also.
