And I like getting high risk/high reward guys at bats like Cumbest and Pimental.
Well the thing about playing Pimentel and Cumbest is they're going to struggle some. As I've said many times I think Pimentel figures it out before the year is over. But it's not a bad option at this point. I suspect we'll see a lot of Bryce Brock too.

Wow. What are the chances you lose your fri night first rounder and arguably the best pure hitter in your team? I can't think of that happening to a team previously

Leads the league in whip at .40, tied for league lead in wins. Striking out 1.5 per inning. Opponents hitting .137.
Macleod/Bednar combo will win MOST if not ALL games vs opponents #2. It almost assures we don't get swept. Then we just navigate the other situations. It's baseball.

Unearned runs. News flash. Infield defense hasn't been great like we thought. And Rowdy got turned around a few times in CF for costly errors.

Is this lingering from the foul ball off his knee against Wright State? Apologize for my ignorance, just didn't know if something happened this weekend that I missed.

Ok. But that didn't happen in macleods start. Which is what the post was about. In his start we up zero runs. Ergo, 0-0.

May be for the best at this point. It just sucks that we've gone from assuredly hosting to let's just try to ensure we don't get swept

Different injury. Allen hurt his wrist diving for a fly ball.
