Other than then you should never wear a flat bill hat in Mississippi unless you are 14 yrs old or younger. Otherwise, you're going to look like a punk.

I’m 52 and I do occasionally. Occasionally meaning anytime I want to wear a State baseball cap. Because flat bills are about all you can get these days. I just bend mine a little yo make them not so flat.
