They missed a three. Time for us to pull away.

Man. I just don't know about the Bibby / Taylor dual bringing the ball up strategy. They aren't in sync enough. Definitely haven't practiced it enough.

Danberry is so much better than every other guard in WBB. No one can defend her when she wants to go.

Hope we keep it up. Right now we are getting point blank shots under the basket.

Vic didnt start Danberry or Rickea tonight. I know he is just tinkering with lineups but it seems to mess up the flow some when we do that... those 2 should start every game in my opinion along with Carter, then rotate everyone else accordingly

Getting out-efforted here in the 4th. I wouldn't want to be at practice tomorrow win or lose.

Carter fouls out 90 feet from the basket. Stupid.

Morris just fouled that girl 3 times on one possession, coming in cold.

Terrible foul by Danberry. About the only chance for Auburn is to score from the foul line.

This wasn't exactly our smoothest performance of the year, but Auburn's been trying hard.

    R. Jackson saved this game tonight. Good to survive.

Rickea Jackson was huge. Also, she was strong coming down the stretch. Had 22 points in the game.

Yeah, when Danberry fouled on the inbounds play giving them 2 shots, i thought vic was going to grab a chair and throw it.

Matharu's scoring helps this team a lot. Ability to score points, transition game is a big key with this team. Find ways to get her on the court more....even if adding an extra guard (3-4 guards at times). My opinion, team is hard-pressed to beat teams like South Carolina, and other top 10-15 type team's without Matharu and other bench players contributing a good bit of offense.....regardless mistakes they make. Coaching staff's main lineup has yet to show much of an ability to even stay competitive with really good team's like South Carolina and Stanford without the bench players. Rickea Jackson and Jordan Danberry are the team's best 2 players right now. Need them playing exceptionally well, help carry this team.

Also, Yemiyah Morris played very well, especially in the first half (8 points). Keep giving her playing time, developing her. She missed a few shots (4-8 fg...50%), mostly in the second half, so did..even Teaira McCowan miss her share of shots when she first started getting playing time...even in the National Championship Game against Notredame. Very important to keep developing Morris. Remember, it"s just her first season at Miss. State. Jessika Carter was in the system last season and preseason....has definitely made a difference for this season.
