Leach doesn't do much recruiting at all. His staff led by Dave Emerick really get after it on the recruiting trail.
We all know Mullen never broke a sweat recruiting. Problem was, a lot of his staff were the same way and Dan didn't make them do any different. Now Moorhead was about the hardest working recruiter you will find as a HC.
