Sawyer is ranked where he is for two reasons, and both involve baseball.

    1. He isn't able to go to all of the football camps because of his baseball schedule. Why that warrants lowering his ranking, idk. But if he were going to all of these football camps, he'd be showing out and there'd be no doubt he's one of the top QBs in the country.

    2. And the only knock in Sawyer's mechanics is the tendency to let his baseball throwing motion slip into his football delivery. If you watch his film closely, you can see it every now and then. Easily fixable with good coaching, but just an observation. He also has the tendency to throw off his back foot a bit when it's unwarranted, but again, easily fixable.

Other than that he has all the intangibles, arm strength, accuracy, and pocket presence to be an elite level prospect.

Jacobi Moore is probably next on the board. Not quite the ceiling, but he's got the size and speed we want.

Moore & Da'wain Lofton look to be the next up in the pecking order.

Kanarius Johnson, Brandon Buckhaulter, and Jacobi Moore would be hella gravy on top of those 2 lol. That would be a fantastic WR class.

I think he's our's as long as LSU doesn't offer

Would be an ENORMOUS get. Knox we feel great about, Kanarius Johnson we feel great about, we've got Buckhaulter committed. When you talk about adding Nabers to those 3, that alone is the best WR class we would have ever signed. Jacobi Moore added to it is just a big cherry on top. Pretty much any year in the past, we would have killed to get Moore in the class at all. Now he's possibly the 4th/5th best WR that could make up our WR class. That's incredible.

    Nabors is down to 2.

Seems like with two finalists, it shouldn't be till after his season to decide.

I actually feel good about getting his commit, but I dread December, late offer by LSU.

So are we actually going after Marcel Brooks, or is Kylin just tweeting about it for fun?

Think Barton Simmons tweeted he had some red flags in his recruitment, but the ability is for sure there. I think with Leach he would sink or swim so I wouldn’t mind taking a shot. Wonder why he is leaving?

Looks like Knox doesn't want Nabors to pull the trigger first.
