    The tennis balls are coming at them at a high velocity speed. The thinking is that if you can focus on catching those tennis balls then it should be easier and help you focus on catching a football better.

    They should do that with their shoulder pads and helmet on.
    Just saying, that equipment is going to be there when the football is coming.
