Already seeing Dellenger and others mentioning Chizik as a possibility. Cohen can just go ahead and clean out his office with whatever boxes Joe doesn't need if he hires that guy. The ONLY way we can screw this up, is to hire Gene freaking Chizik. Don't blow this, John.

Chizik is the biggest smoke screen out there. Napier's name was mentioned in several national tweets last night. I doubt that was just speculation.

I'd rather have kept Moorhead than hire Chizik
Not only did Mississippi State embarrass LSU on this night. Davis Wade Stadium wrecked Tiger Stadium in music choice, atmosphere and, most of all, volume.
When I'm 80 and deaf, it's not going to be all those Springsteen concerts or Queen at Municipal Auditorium in New Orleans on Halloween Night in 1978, it will be this game...............Glen Guilbeau--Sherveport Times

Ron Roberts is Napier's DC. He was the mentor of Dave Aranda. If it's Napier, I hope he comes with him

He's definitely a recruiter, else MDL wouldn't have "re-hired" him and kept him on staff for 4 years...
I can't speak to his Xs & Os prowess, but I feel he'll upgrade the talent... and that means everything, in my book...

Jerry Jeudy, Devonta Smith, Henry Ruggs, and Jaylan Waddle probably agree with you. Also, Napier was the main recruiter for Jordan Davis when Davis committed to Bama. He also recruited Jalen Mayden and spoke very high on wanting him at Bama.
