    Worth a shot on his part. He'll pitch at West FL CC this year & go pretty high to a team that fully knows his medical

    Braves fired the top 2 guys in their scouting department yesterday

    I saw that, and it made me very nervous about this grievence. I thought we lost the pick

    How are MLB allowed to investigate medically prior to the draft? NFL is pretty thorough with their draft picks. Going through the combine is pretty intensive.

    Teams can have players perform a physical before the draft. Not sure about draft picks but MLB has free agents perform physicals with their team MD's.

    MLB teams get all the information they need. Carter was a very unique case.
