Will Fitz break Anthony Dixon's career rushing record?

He tied Dixon's rushing touchdowns record of 42 last night, so it's safe to say he'll break that one. But ... can he break Dixon's record of 3,994 rushing yards?

He's currently at 3,218 and passed Jerious last night to move to #2 all time. That's 776 yards away, which is a tall order for 5 games, so my prediction is that he does not break it. But it is within the realm of possibility, since Louisiana Tech, Arkansas, and Ole Miss gives him the opportunity to rack up a lot of yards, and many projections have us playing a Big 12 shootout in Memphis or Houston for our bowl.

It would take a stat line that looks something like this:
    170 - Lousiana Tech
    60 - Alabama
    150 - Arkansas
200 - Ole Miss (58 fewer yards than he had his last game in Oxford)
    200 - bowl game

    I don't think he'll run that much.

If it's close to breaking it, and we have the games in hand, then why not go all out to scheme specifically for him to do it. I say, yes. Break the record.
