    Good news for Grand Isle

    I know multiple outdoor dawgs fish that Hwy 1 corridor. Sounds cool. copy and pasted

    Grand Isle State Park getting $$$millions in upgrades as well as new kayak launches and shuttle services for Elmer's Island from BP spill dollars.

    "Grand Isle State Park will receive $6.1 million in upgrades, and $6 million will go toward enhanced access to and recreational features on Elmer's Island, including a shuttle service along Caminada beach, trash abatement and new kayak launches."

    I was down there weekend before last and it appears they’re about to do something at the toll bridge at Leeville. They were driving bridge piles where the bridge takes a hard left.
