    I think NC is getting screwed having to pitch in the rain.

    If they call for a rain delay at the bottom of the 8th NC will have every reason to bitch. Just my opinion.

    There are rain delays all of the time in baseball. Has to be a drencher but it’s common

    This is the rule for football not baseball. MLB has even postponed games before it's rained.
