    Why would they own it?

    The NCAA did nothing to them to state that they should own it.

    They certainly aren't owning it with their sanctions

    I also think OM is scared of a slippery slope. If Patterson is declared eligible & they lose their NCAA appeal, other could transfer following the semester

    The more practical side is.. Stop using IOS Devices...

    Did you change from mobile to default skin like i mentioned. What device are you accessing the forum on.. what browser. If its Safari, try a different browser.

    Try this.. It's apple's fault.. they broke it with IOS 11...
    Turn Off Smart Punctuations in Settings/General/KeyBoard


    To turn smart punctuation off, all you have to do is go to Settings > General > Keyboard, and then turn off the “Smart Punctuation” toggle.
