    Mayor's Cup Game Thread

    Lineup

    Frazier 6
    Detz 5
    Renfroe 9
    Pirtle 4
    Rea 3
    Bradford 8
    Porter DH
    Armstrong 7
    Ammirati 2

    I like getting Frost out of there and playing Porter. Also like Armstrong, we need production from LF. Would prefer Slauter but okay.. Still don't like Pirtle in the cleanup spot but until Rea steps up it looks like it's here to stay. Maybe Porter can earn it now that he has a chance to play.

    Ct continues to hit the ball in the air. I don't know if its just struggling coming back from shoulder surgery or what, but he's the most disappointing position player by far to me.

    I know will doesnt like it; but if someone gets on with no outs in front of ct, I'd bunt him everytime. Ct never gets productive ours

    Nice win for MSU! Great night for the Bulldogs. I think the Ole Miss pitcher threw like maybe seven pitches in the strike zone and we kept swinging and getting ourselves out. If we're patient, we win 10-1.
