Anybody watching the game with LSU?
Game tied at 15 midway through the first half.
-
Yep... right now it's State - 17, LSU - 13 and refs - 4.

I just posted on the hoop thread. These guys now have almost a year under their belt and this game has been air-ball city from three several times, turnover after turnover, and 17 pts in the first 11 minutes against a bad LSU team. Another slow start. These guys look the same almost every game. Herrod really has a tough time catching the ball also. Missed two attempted dunks followed by a strip point blank. Same ole , same ole.

AIR BALLS AND POOR PASSES FOR TURNOVERS. YAY!

I'm afraid they will just be a year older next year, not a year better. I cannot figure out the identity of this team, except every player thinks he can shoot 3'S. Hope I am proven wrong!

Tyson Carter show so far.

Thank goodness for Carter and Q! What's the record for air-ball three's in an SEC game? ****

Here come the ****ing negative nellies. Time to get off again while everyone melts on each possession.

You will most definitely be proven wrong.

Sometimes it's hard to get used to a domed environment. In these early games especially, you will see a lot of air balls. Heck, even LSU had a few. It wouldn't surprise me to see a few in the Auburn Missouri game.

Quick question. Did that team in 2005-2006 improve that had Gordon on it? It finished .500 that year and most likely we will too. That team is IMO a very good comparison to this team with as much youth both teams had on them.

Yeah, he is going to be really good. If he can get some weight on him, he could be an NBA draft prospect in a couple of years.

Tyson carter, along with Q is one of our best transition players.

I'd love to see Stapleton rein in some of his wildness. I think he can be a really good player for us next year. The guy gives great effort. Being 100% healthy will obviously help him.

This team is fun to watch when we play LSU
