    Dem Braves doe

Just swept the Metropolitans on the road. Finishing the season playing some ball, looking to have some nice mojo going into the new ball park.

Dude is a gamer. You can tell he's finally healthy. At first I wasn't to happy with his play but he's more than made up got in the 2nd half of the season.

Snitker long term? I think the players respect him. I would be fine if we keep him.

They (the team) obviously could have given up months ago but keep playing hard and seem to get better and better. Nice fella. Yost always seemed like an ass.

I think it wouldn't be a bad option. I wonder if someone like Yost would be interested in coming back to Atlanta. Not sure how many years he's got left at age 61 but it would be an area worth exploring I think.

Snitker needs to get the job. This team was worse than dumpster fire when he took over and now they're 24-23 over the last 47 and close to .500 since he took over. If ever any team had a chance to just mail it in for the year it was this one. Credit to snitker for holding it together and getting them to play hard. Heck a bunch of these wins have been of the comeback variety. He's earned the managers position on a permanent basis. I'm kinda excited about next year.

I thought when they made Snit interim it was a great move. They young guys from the farm system had all played for him at some point, or worked with him in some capacity as an instructor. That goes a long way in the clubhouse. Same thing happened when Bobby Cox went back to the dugout in 1990 to stabilize that team. They have some pieces, and I think if they can get 1-2 solid vets with power and a closer in the offseason we could compete next year. This team has reminded me so much of the '89-'90 Braves it is scary.

Keep snit. Got a nice nucleus playing well rite now. Next year will be interesting I believe. Gotta get consistent on the mound but the talent is there.

They took off on this streak after my post on would they lose a 100 games this year. Maybe I need to ask that again in late March next year.

getting dangerously close to playing themselves out of the #2 pick though. they could fall as far as #9.

hopefully, but i'd love to add an elite college talent that will be ready quick, like a 5 tool OF to plug into RF in 2018. and those guys are gone by #3 or #4.

don't rule it out but if he does go up towards $500M.......then rule it out.

gonna be an interesting offseason. Braves have huge bucks to spend, but there's no FAs that really fit their needs. C maybe.

could be, but Maitan is 16, and he aint gettin rushed. 2020 before we see him, minimum. lots of other talent on board by then too. i'd love to add to it, and that will take a college player.
