    They're not allowed to arrest the 85 or so criminals causing all the mischief in Oxford. They have to do something to fill the time.

    my little brother is OPD and i know a bunch of them....not all of them are bad....in fact, I get pretty good info about players and croots acting like shit heads out of that dept....and he is a UM grad on top of OPD....


    edited to add: for example, i have heard at least 2 dozen stories from probably 4-5 OPD about Marshall Henderson that never got reported.....and it was unanimous that the entire dept was glad he left oxford.....tired of him getting off things that people go to jail for long periods of time....

    One of the guys that runs their twitter account went to high school in my hometown...he was a douche bag then and I see nothing has changed.
