Gavin Collins Summer Ball
Did someone say in another thread that Gavin was playing in the second half of the cape? I was under the impression that the surgery he had was going to keep him out until the fall.

No he can't play now. I'm am sure he is home working out taking it easy. His last time to do so I think. Next summer he will be drafted and he'll be busy until he quits baseball. He knows that.

He may get drafted but it won't be that high unless he finds a position he can play at an MLB level. That position isn't catcher. So, there is a very good chance he'll have to choose whether or not to play summer ball next year.
