he must be good with film, game planning, and working with the TEs. I have a feeling it's because Hev doesn't want to have to work with the TEs half the time though. It would drastically change the day to day practice schemes... half the time the TEs would be with the OL, the other half with the WRs. When they do circuits, it makes it difficult and forces Hev and Gonzo to spend less time with their core groups during those sessions.
