Jerry Palm says we're going to Dallas...
To play Baylor. Dear God, please don't let this happen. Coman and Evans vs Coleman and Goodley.....**** me.

Not only do I hate that matchup if it happens....but Baylor and Art Briles are going to be on a mission to prove everybody wrong, and they won't have mercy if they get up big. Not saying they will, but I think our secondary would be in trouble vs that bunch, especially without Market or Cox for depth. Plus, I'm sure Mullen would let our team go home for New Year's Eve and we'd come out drunk.**

Can Jamal Peters play for us yet?**
In all seriousness, it's isnt a great matchup for us, but we would have a month to prepare, which should help and we should be able to do whatever want to Baylor's defense. It isn't a great matchup for them either
For bowl prep, we should see if Tyler Russell wants to help and get him out there to play Bryce Petty and let him whip it around.
Any chance Cox's suspension would be over by then?

Might be better if Mullen comes out drunk in big games. Seriously.

Can we play Bear Wilson and Eli Staley as the two safeties. Probably get six interceptions and give up 6 touchdowns too.**
-
The good news would be I don't think Baylor could stop our offense either. Even if it is Dak up the middle ad nauseum.
Maybe we'll lower our standards for once and allow Cox to come back since we're letting him Dawg Walk and all of that.

That's still two fewer than what Evans and Coman would allow. We'll just have to roll the dice and hope we can get 49 on them.

Did anyone else notice that he has Arkansas vs. West Virginia in the Liberty Bowl? That's like a genetics specialist nightmare.
-
Makes sense.
Tthe Bears have been to Cotton a couple or so times and we haven't. Vice versa Peach.
Assume it's Baylor or TCU. WHich is a better draw for us?

If a carny girl marries the banjo kid from Deliverance what do you get? Go to that Liberty Bowl and find out.

We would beat Baylor 63-56...JRob would run for 250 yards
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

Baylor would run seam routes all day long against our D. I hope that we don't play them.
-
If we play Baylor, I don't think hurry up would be a good approach on offense. I'd like the no huddle, but take our time snapping the ball

Just like we were going to destroy ole miss right? Big game Dan will most likely show up and we would get crushed by Baylor or TCU
-
No thanks to Baylor. I have been saying I would like OSU in Peach. Not sure I want that either now. Maybe we could just turn down the invite. ***

I'll bet we get the Peach vs TCU

Don't worry it's a big game. Dan is incapable of going hurry up.

LOL at the criticism of Dan Mullen in this thread.
Baylor doesn't scare me. If Texas A&M is in the Big 12, or whatever it is called now, they would likely be where Baylor is right now.

I agree. We've got a month to sure up the safety spot. Our offense will score at will

Baylor or doesn't have the defense to stop us- but a good month to prepare for them would be huge. Other than 2012- Mullen's teams have been damn good in bowls
