George Whitfield just called Jameis Winston "the Michael Jordan of this sport"

First off, who the hell is George Whitfield?

Second, does he know that he just lost any ounce of credibility that he may have once had?

Jameis Winston is like Michael Jordan, about as much as Coach34 is humble.

Was he be talking about the I be skrong, we be skrong Shamus Jameis that plays for the Floduh Skrate Fightin' Cinnamon Rolls day care center? If so, and I was MJ, I would have my team of attorneys all over this Whitfield character and clean his clock for defamation of character.

Whitfield is a private QB coach. He runs a QB academy for college and high school players in San Diego. I know JFF and a lot of QBs go to to him ever summer. I believe he used to play baseball http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Whitfield_Jr.

I believe he is the private coach for both JFF, Aaron Murray, and many other stellar QBs.

He is flown all over the country by professional QBs to work with them...

I don't like Jameis either -- but he's so good on a football field that we literally have no clue just how good he can be. The college game doesn't even challenge him at all. He looks like he's about to fall asleep out there half the time. If anyone would be qualified to give an opinion on just how good he is/can be, it is George Whitfield...

    I agree with you.

Last week in the 2nd half, nd was in winston's face and he just kept throwing lasers right on the money. Like him or not, he's the BEST qb in college football. I wouldn't trade dak for him, but winstons a better qb

Yea, I'm talking all around, not just stats. Michael Jordan was and still is a symbol of NBA basketball. Jameis is not and will never be to college football, what MJ was/is to the NBA.

If you are a NFL owner, are you going to be willing to make Jameis the face of your organization?
