Bafoom Comedy for the day
http://nafoom.yuku.com/topic/48782/t...r#.U_zY0PldWSo
Mad about the Dakota love- and then they double down and talk about how Snead was more impressive then Prescott and deserved his hype- yet Dakota doesnt.
Snead's 2008 totals:
Passing- 2,762- 26 TD's...13 INT's...184/327 56.2%
Rushing- 60- 3 TD's
2,822 Total Yards...29 TD's...13 picks
Prescott's 2013 totals (as a 7 game starter per Bafoom):
Passing- 1,940- 10 TD's...7 INT's....156/267 58.4%
Rushing- 829 yards....13 TD's
Receiving- 2 catches/ 53 yards...2 TD's
2,822 total yards.. 25 TD's...7 INT's
Yes Bafoom- Snead was sooooo much more deserving

Dak put up some really good numbers, considering his lack of starts and playing time in general.
With every pass catcher returning and a full offseason of being healthy for really the first time ever- It's really tough for me to understand how some people can't get why others are high on Dak. His talent is very obvious to anyone who watched him play last year.
-
That truly is laughable
Hell their third string QB is the same as Dak. Give him a front page too for good measure. They combined to score like 14 or so points against us. Pretty ****ing impressive
And your starter scored 0 or so points. I'd say that's even more impressive

Do those clowns even realize that Dak put up 144 yards and a TD in 10 minutes of
Regulation and One OT series? That translates to 576 yards and 4 TDs in 60 minutes.

Was that Snead's total his junior/last year? Or the first cotton bowl run? Those are even less impressive if they include having a very good NFL WR as his outside threat and a very good NFL LT protecting his backside.

That was 2008 that led to his 2009
hype

Do we need to mention Masoli for Heisman? I wonder how Jeremiah's career as a park ranger is going.
-
If you want to really piss them off, compare Eli's numbers through his sophomore year to Dak's. Dak is only like 1-2 total TD's behind Eli at this point in his career. As long as Dak stays healthy, if he averages 2 TD's per game- which is very doable for him, he will have essentially the same career as Eli in terms of TD production.

Those poor bastards are so butthurt that we are getting all the hype. They just knew with their big cruitin haul a few years ago, that they would own the headlines for the next few years. Oh well, Dak happens.
I love watching them all try to downplay Dak and our team. They talk about how shitty we were last year, and how Dak is unproven, and then out of the other side of their mouth they are saying they're gonna be great this year. You can't have it both ways, dipshits....the team and the QB you are bashing, beat your ass and shut down your offense with a 3rd string QB playing most of the game. So either we're going to suck AND YALL ARE GONNA SUCK WORSE, or we're gonna be really good and y'all are gonna be good. Because we return EVERYBODY. It's not that hard to figure out....You expect hype while expecting us not to get hype, yet we beat you last game with everybody returning on our team. Do the math and quit crying. 4 out of 5 has got you Bears grasping at straws doesn't it?
-
What's so bad is their TEAM has gotten more hype than ours but Dak individually has gotten a ton of hype. OM comes into this season MUCH more hyped than us. But yet they still complain and say that we are getting too much hype because of Dak. SMH

Both of these QB's have made a number of Heisman Watch lists. I guess they both must stink because one is Dak? The other QB won the SEC and played in the National Championship.

To be fair, like you said, one of them played in the National Championship. Saying Dak should be considered for the Heisman is crazy at this point. Dak can be mentioned for the Heisman when we're undefeated coming out of Death Valley.

Exactly, all we have to do is win and Dak becomes a legitimate Heisman Candidate. My point exactly.

He's a qb in the cfl. Doing pretty well. A pant load better than his Cinderella year on the plantation.

Before Houston Nutt and the Ole Miss fan base destroyed Jevan Sneed, he was considered an NFL-calibre quarterback. However, when you go to Ole Miss you're always around people who are morally, spiritually, ethically, and genetically inferior at all times. It caught up with Snead around the 2009 Egg Bowl. Unlike Eli Manning, Snead could never overcome this handicap.
