If we lose only to Bama and they lose
To Auburn, do we win the west?
Just getting prepared.

Nope. Bama wins the H2H and wins the West.

What about 3 way tie? Us, auburn, bama?
We lose to bama.
Bama loses to auburn.

That's what I was wondering but if all three have just one loss the big question to me is not who wins the west but who gets left out of the playoffs.

Exactly. Whatever get Alabama through.
In the infamous words of John Correro in the 1980 MSU/Alabama football game: "That's what you get for being number one."

Last (and new) tie breaker in a 3-way tie: Combined SEC record of the team’s cross-divisional opponents
That would mean the combined records of KY & Vandy for us. That would not work in our favor.
