Never wanted him as HC just as the interim till we could make a great hire. We rushed the shit out of our search, panicked and now here we are. Would an extra month to interview/search been a bad idea? Hindsight is 20/20. Except I told y'all about twenty times before Stricklin made the hire that we shouldn't rush it.

Take a look at Kermit Davis and Joe Dooley's records this year. I never wanted Cunningham as the head coach anyway. C34 grasping at straws but do it if it makes you feel better.

Kermit Davis has 1 NCAA Tourney in 12 years at MTSU...we already beat Joe Dooley's ass earlier this year...

A pitiful attempt, to take his mind off the Rick Ray predictions he made at the start of the year. But every basketball post he makes does provide the readers some good laughs.when he can think of nothing insiteful to post about basketball He just comes up with some weak ass shit about Stansbury. Please tell us again how IJ Ready was going to come in and take over the point guard position and how Ray was going to win seven SEC games, you remember all that bullshit.

Dooley's team at FGCU is 22-11, won their regular season conference title, and are playing in their conference tourney title game tomorrow. They got better as the year went on. We did too though, right? #13inarow

I hope we don't beat vandy because we would have to get embarrassed by the bears again and that would be unbearable.

TCU is 0-18 in the Big 12. They beat us in the Hump without their best player. Since we're sharing records.

Troy has not been to the NCAA since '03 it'll be different once Cunningham gets his players in which he signed 6. However I must say your agenda is showing***

When we fire Rick Ray after next year because he goes 5-13 in the SEC I think we should hire Joe Dooley or Kermit Davis. Hires we should have done in the first place.

Also at small schools, basically you have to win your tournament to make the NCAA tourney. They were in the same league for a long time as Belmont. THAT is why Davis has only made one NCAA tourney at basketball rich MTSU. But I digress you're right, Davis has only made one NCAA appearance. Of course, that is one more appearance then good ole Rick Ray will make ever anywhere.
