Headed home from Memphis as I type.. I've eaten my weight in Pulled Pork in the last 24 hrs ... I'm thinking Turkey Sandwich, Chips, Diet Coke followed up with several Miller Lites.

Ribs, maybe some pork loin chops. Habanero pepper jelly over cream cheese.

My wife makes it but I think so. Instead of velveeta she uses a block of cream cheese.

Basically, cook the ground sausage, then drain, then melt two blocks of cc in microwave stirring every minute, and mix in two cans of rotel (drained) with cc during melting process, once cc is melted and not lumpy, add sausage and mix. We call it crack dip. Eat with Fritos.
