Rebel Sports Radio saying Moncrief turning pro.

The Spirit is claiming the same. The biggest question is whether or not an old white plantation owner from Madison will make him a nice offer to stay.

EliteDawgs.com has been saying this for awhile.

He is projected as a 2nd rounder and all he needs is a good combine to make sure he stays in the top 3 rounds.

I'm thinking Cody Prewitt might do the same, you can't get better than 1st team all american, all he risks is getting hurt or having a bad senior season and dropping in draft value.

In all honesty I don't blame Moncrief. His stats will drop next year because he'll get double teamed and that will free up Paidwell, Ingram, Sanders and their other WRs.

By all account he seems like a good kid, so certainly wish him the best.

Moncrief would be smart to go. I know his recruitment has been questioned a lot and could still be an issue. he'd be smart to get out now IMO. that's what I'd do if it were me.

Hated playing that guy but loved to watch him play. The kid was a hell of an athlete. Best of luck to him.

He's good-very good. I have no doubt he will make it in the pros.

His transformation from a freshman to a junior is incredible. I'll never forget how awful he looked in his first egg bowl. Prewitt, that is.

Glad to see him go. He's a heck of an athlete and I hated watching him play against us. He has a long career ahead of him.

I must have missed this. What's the gist of the rumors about his recruitment?

Logic tells most people, This could be used as a blanket statement anout all of those top guys they were signing after dismal years of 2&4 wins.

Be glad to see him gone. Only receiver they have that scares me at this time. Treadwell may in the future but not until he runs a route more than one yard off the line. It seemed 95% of passes thrown to him this season were at or behind the LOS.
